Daily Challenge or leaderboards won't load?
These two features need an internet connection — please check your network and try again. Online play, friend invites and Pro purchases need one too; classic games, the library, variants and importing all work without it.
Can I move my progress to a new phone?
Games and statistics are stored locally on the device; cross-device transfer isn't supported yet. On iOS, your settings sync via iCloud.
Photo import isn't accurate?
Shoot the puzzle straight on and avoid glare. After scanning you can correct any cell in the preview before you start playing.
