Daily Challenge or leaderboards won't load?
These two features need an internet connection — please check your network and try again. Everything else (classic games, the library, variants, importing) works fully offline.
Can I move my progress to a new phone?
Games and statistics are stored locally on the device; cross-device transfer isn't supported yet. On iOS, your settings sync via iCloud.
Photo import isn't accurate?
Shoot the puzzle straight on and avoid glare. After scanning you can correct any cell in the preview before you start playing.
How do I update on Android?
Open Settings → Check for Updates in the app. When a new version is available you can download and install it directly.
Do hints spoil the puzzle?
Hints are layered: they first point you where to look, and you can stop and think at any level. The answer is never thrown in your face.
